Glute Bridges Bands are placed above the knee while laying on the back. 
Glute Kickback Asset bands are placed around the ankles while kicking back in short strides.
Crab Walk or Lateral Side Walking Asset bands are placed above the knee in a semi-squat position while walking side to side. 
Hip Thrust Asset bands are placed above the knee with the assistance of a workout bench or chair. Raise hips in the air while squeezing glutes and raising as high as possible - while keeping back on bench or chair. 
Squats Asset bands are placed above the knee while in squat position. Asset bands will give you counter support to maximize entire workout.
